A tale of two socialists

'Defend the vital democratic principle of decent wages for elected representatives.'

Alasdair McDonnell SDLP Party Leader, MLA & MP

The infamous comment by 2 jobs McDonnell when he thought elected representatives should get more money, what about the ordinary man in the street? What about the man living on the street?

And then today it turns out that Alasdair  has claimed expenses for staying in hotels when attending Westminster while at the same time he claimed £13,000 in stamp duty, £1300 on new blinds & £86,000 on interest on a property he bought and is renting out.

And what about the other socialist Gerry Adams, despite his lies that his holiday home in Donegal is owned by the bank, it was found to be mortgage free. And lets not forget his trip to the states for private medical treatment on his arse. At the time Adams denied that his actions were hypocritical, given his previous criticisms of the "privatisation" of the health service here. He said it was not always possible for citizens to get the type of treatment they required in Ireland.

Fair enough but how many citizens would be able to afford to go to America for treatment, never mind having their treatment paid for.

It must be great being a socialist!

I just hope people remember this when they crawl to their doors looking for your vote.
